IMAC Setup

  1. Double click on the Hard drive icon. Then double click on the Assistants folder.
  2. In the Assistants folder, double click on Internet setup Assistant.

  3. It will ask you the question "Would you like to set your IMAC to use the Internet? Click on Yes

  4. It will ask "Do you already have an Internet account?" Click on Yes.

  5. Click on the Right arrow to continue.

  6. In the box where it says "What would you like to name this configuration?, type in nni.com

  7. On this screen, tone dialing should be selected. (If you have Pulse dialing on your phone line, please select Pulse dialing.) Click on the right arrow to continue.

  8. In the first box, type in the local access number. (List of access numbers) Please be sure to check that this is a local call for you. nni.com assumes NO responsibility for any long distance charges that you may incur in the use of any access number
  9. In the second box , type in your username. (for example: johndoe) In the third box, type in your password. (Make sure that you type the username and password in all lower case letters with no spaces.) Then click on the right arrow to continue

  10. On this screen it should be selected for No. Then click on the right arrow to continue
