Uploading Pictures to EBay

Step 1. Creating an FTP ACCOUNT.

In order to use pictures when selling on Ebay.com you must first create an FTP account. To sign up for the FTP account please click Here. You will receive a confirmation email in 48 hours stating your USERNAME and PASSWORD for use with your new FTP account. Please hold on to this email for future reference.

Step 2. Installing An FTP Program.

To transfer pictures from your computer to ours, you will need to install the WS_FTP program. Click here to download it. For instructions on how to download and install the program please click here.

Step 3. WS_FTP Setup and Uploading your pictures.

Step 5. Using your pictures

In order for you to use Ebay.com, you must be a registered user. To register, click on the following link and fill in the appropriate information. http://pages.ebay.com/services/registration/register.html

After you have an Ebay.com User name and Password, you are able to post items for sale including pictures. In order for you to post pictures along with your ad, you must know the picture URL.

• Your URL is http://users.nni.com/username/picturename.gif 
• For User name, please put in the user name assigned to you for your FTP Account. 
• For Picture name, please put in the name of the picture you have uploaded to your FTP Account.
