Instant Messenger Setup

1. Open AIM.



2. In the Screen Name field, type in your AOL Screen Name ( Please note that your nni.com user name and password is entirely separate from a screen name for Instant Messenger. )
3. In the Password field, type in your password. (If you forgot your password, please click here.)
4. If you currently don't have a Screen Name for Instant Messenger, please click here.
5. For more information about AIM please visit http://www.aim.com/
6. Click on Sign on.



7. Once it signs on you will see the above screen. Aim is now setup. To add someone to your buddy list continue with the instructions below.
8. Click on List Setup.



9. Right click on Buddies and click on Add Buddy.

   

10. Type in the screen name of your buddy and press enter.
11. You are now ready to chat. When you see a buddy is online, double click on their name to chat with them.
